It is situated central on the ijsselmeer, and also the Waddensea and frisian lakes are nearby. From the marina of Andijk, it is very fast and easy to Friesland, the Markermeer, or the Waddenzee. No loss of time because of bridges and locks, you are free to go any direction. This makes Andijk a unique location. There are a lot of nice fishing villages to sailing to. The coast oft the IJsselmeer offers a great number of opportunities to see teh old Dutch culture and folklore. Beautiful, age-old fortified towns and picturesque fishing villages are full of monuments, museums and restaurants. Some examples: Medemblik 4 Miles, Den Oever (Waddenzee) 14 Miles, Hindeloopen 15 miles, Stavoren 12 Miles, Enkhuizen 10 miles.

The ijsselmeer, a non-tidal water, is a varied and beautiful holiday area. There is almost always enough wind on this large lake, but you are never far from the coast. It is also possible to sail to the Waddensea (tidal waters), wher you will find a serene calm in a magnificent sailing area, often surounded by seals. You can sail almost endlessly or visit one of the picturesque Wadden islands. The home port of our fleet is the marina of Andijk. It is situated central of the ijsselmeer.

The Marina is a modern one and offers you has enough room to park your car near your yacht, and the sanitary facilities are excellent. There is also a very good restaurant. The berths are spacious and illuminated at night. Our charteryachts are kept in good shape the whole year through by our own serviceteam !
