All ships carry an All-Risk insurance with an own risk of € 600 - € 1000 per occurence.
Administration fee € 15.

Prior tot receiving the yacht you must visit our office, to complete a few formalities, deposit and contracts. After that you should check the yacht with the checklist, after which we will explain to you the technical issues of the yacht with the boarbook.
You will receive the yacht with full fuel- and watertanks, 1 connected and 1 reserve gastank for cooking and heating. You have to keep within the insured area and sailing by night is not allowed.
Sailing on the Waddenzee is only possible with our permission: max: windforce 5.
When you give in the yacht, we expect you to refill the fueltank.
In order to deliver the yacht clean, you have tot be back in the berth 1,5 hours in advance.
The V.H.F.-radio is only permitted to be used with a handling-certificate. In case of trouble or grounding, call for a rescue maatschappij on channel 16, and ask for assistance. Using the V.H.F. for phonecalls is prohibited.
In Dutch law it is obligatory for the sailor to use the logbook.
Electrical Equipment that can be attached to the boat's 12 or 220 volt supply, must be approved by A.J.V.
Sleeping-bas, towels, tea-cloths, pillow-cases.
Taking pets on a yacht is not allowed.
